MSc. María Mercedes Wong-Valle from early on knew her passion for nutrition drove her to started working as a community nutritionist for an NGO (yeah she is that good). After obtaining vast knowledge in this field, she started working as a private nutritionist in 2013.
Her desire and passion in this field led her push further to achive her master’s degree in clinical nutrition UCR in Costa Rica with honors. Simultaneously, she specialized in sports nutrition and vegetarianism.
In 2019 she decided to returned to Nicaragua and founded Nutrimmental where she continue providing nutrition counseling, speaking on television and companies accross Nicaragua about the importance and benefits of healtly and balanced eating habbits, chronic deases like Diabitis, high blood presure, womans health, nutritions for athleats and vegetarianism.
